At least we had a dream for 7 games. Why all the injuries to this team? Reynolds 1-22. A homer every 6 games isn’t going to cut it when it is surrounded by 21 outs. BRob is leading hitter at .274 and leads the team with 15 RBI. (he has 1 SB –that’s 1 too many). It’s early and I still believe.
at least the stating pitching other than bergesen was pretty good this week. tillman, arrietta, britton and guthrie looked good. matusz will back in about 3 weeks. weiters is starting to hit and his defense is very good. no one better blocking the plate than big matt. bullpen goes hot and cold bt the hitting is lacking and the power numbers are dreadful. hey, a 5 game winning streak could balance things out though boston is coming in playing excellent ball including back to back shutouts over the anaheim, los angeles of orange county california angels of the united states west coast.
