Ravens 35 Steelers 7—What?–Never Saw This Kind Of Win Coming

Some observations of not realizing the strengths of this Ravens team:

That’s it –I am never watching another exhibition game again. The Ravens offense looked sickening in the 4 games. The Steelers had 0 turnovers in 4 fake games. Yesterday they had 7 and I thoroughly enjoyed every one of them.

Though I predicted a Ravens close win, it was only with my heart. My criticisms on the Sports Maven show turned out to be so wrong. Though I still think we need an experienced back up QB. I have never been as happy to be so wrong.

The combo of Pita and Dickson easily lets us forget Todd Heap.

Flacco looked brilliant yesterday but of course the oddensive line allowed only 1 sack and very few touches of #5.

I did correctly predict that Ray Rice would lead us to victory if we indeed won. He was simply miraculous.

Ray Lewis humbly gave great credit for the defensive masterpiece to Def Coordinator Chuck Pagano. Ed Reed had 2 drive stopping interceptions

Boomer had the Maryland “Flag ” helmet at the NFL Today Show

Ed Dickson made Polamalu look slow trying to keep up with him on the TD rout

Disappointed Flacco couldnt get Torrey a pass, but #5 graded out at A today

Big Ben looked dazed and confused today.

Ngata certainly didn’t hurt his contract battle with his hit on Mendenhall

Looking all over for a quote from Hines ward on the game–not to be found

Tried Dippin Dots for the first time —very enjoyable

Grade for Corned Beef sandwich at Attman’s in Section 119 —A

It’s funny as the game progressed and it was overly clear the Ravens were winners today–I continued to enjoy every turnover more and more. Ups to Dino and Jeff Gaber for their insistence to me this was going to be an easy win. I still can’t believe I was able to leave at the 2 minute warning.

Loved Harbaugh playing to the crowd with the chant—Shocked the offense was introduced today

By the way what would a day in the rainforest now known as Baltimore be without three 30 minute downpours
