mike someone has to lead the band, someone has to deal the cards. seth allen, more of a scorer than distributor..roddy peters-not a natural point guard-injured his senior year and incoming freshman so realisticly you can’t expect much from him the first half of year. harrison twins are going to kentucky. minnesota twins..wrong sport. twin spires at churchill downs makes more horse sense.

Fred, was just teasing, as I am sure you knew,
Curious as to why Coach has had such a difficult time recruiting a true point guard , given his background and perspectives of the necessities.
Looking for a transfer this year , to address the obvious hole.
But there is still a problem with the recruiting, when a supposedly top destination can not fill such an obvious need.
Perhaps too much attention wasted on the Harrison’s!

mike you’re probably right about md giving the majority of their attention to the twins. when you figure that bino had a great relationship with the father, the father is from baltimore, the father saying a lot of complimentary things about turgeon. they have family in balt..there was a lot of things working in favor for md. however when the twins went to visit ky it was 4-5 days before their blue white game and there were thousands of fans camped out waiting for tickets outside of rupp arena. if you’re an 18 yr old see that kind of love and excitement for ky basketball just for an intrasquad game combined with ky basketball lore, tradition and history and a coach with the personalty that cal has you’re going to lose a lot of players to the’cats. but i think you have go strong for the best and hope one or two decide to come and if they do it opens the eyes of the other blue chippers and if you can build a great team that goes all the way it should become easier to get the top 25 player rather than settling for the top 100 player. they should have tried to go after the doublemint twins. double your pleasure, double your fun get yourself two broads instead of just one.
