Maryland junior shortstop Kevin Smith was included at No. 10 on Perfect Game’s Top-100 College Juniors Prospects list, released Tuesday. Smith, who Perfect Game named a preseason All-American, exploded this summer, earning Cape Cod League All-Star and All-League honors. He batted .301 with 12 doubles and two home runs for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the regular season before helping the Red Sox capture the CCBL title, receiving League Championship Series MVP honors.
