Sophomore Dion Armstrong has decided to leave the team, head coach Ralph Friedgen announced after Thursday’s practice. In a break from Terrapin tradition, Jeff Barker of the Sun reports that Ralph is considering naming permanent player team captains. His speculation is that Phil Costa and Chris Turner would be included in the mix.
