Amare Stoudemire scored 42 as the Phoenix Suns unveiled a zone defense that stifled LA. The series is now 2-1 in favor of the Lakers with game 4 on Tuesday. Robin Lopez brought some fire to the Suns and scored 20 in a very physical effort.
Speculation is rampant after losing the series with the Nationals. Of course a freak hamstring injury to this week’s stopper just seemed unfair.
Can you imagine that Notre Dame lost to Fairfield 10-8 and Maryland defeated Fairfield 17-4. Team after team scored easily against the Irish, yet one of the best offenses in the NCAA could only muster 5 goals. What happened?

Maryland, behind 5 points from Karri Ellen Johnson easily defeated Penn earlier this year 12-6 at historic Franklin Field.
