 The Maryland football team will welcome back six of the program’s 11 consensus All-Americans for an in-game celebration as part of homecoming festivities as the Terps take on ninth-ranked Clemson Saturday.

The following members of the consensus All-American class will be in attendance and honored during Saturday’s game (years lettered): Dale Castro (1978-80), Gary Collins (1959-61), E.J. Henderson (1999-2002), J.D. Maarleveld (1984-85), Jack Scarbath (1950-52) and Randy White (1972-74).

The Maryland men’s basketball team will host the annual Red-White intrasquad scrimmage at 1:00 p.m. in Comcast Center Saturday, October 26.

Fans are encouraged to enter Comcast Center through Gate E. Parking options include utilizing the gameday football parking pass or parking at Terrapin Trail Garage for $15.

Coach Turgeon and selected student-athletes will be available to the media directly after the open practice.

The Collegiate Athletics Leadership Symposium (CALS) partnered with the University of Maryland for a three-day conference as a panel of top administrators discussed  the most current and relevant issues in collegiate athletics.

Field Hockey squad lost its 1st game of the year to #15 ODO—3-2. This was after a miraculous comeback Friday night defeating Cuse 2-1 after getting the tying goal with 49 seconds left in regulation.

Unfortunately this morning I had a sick feeling in my stomach about this game. Something is just missing from this team. You just can’t start playing in the NFL in the 4th quarter when you are trailing and expect to win.

Joe’s tying TD drive was a thing of beauty–16 plays–8 minutes–9 for 9 passing, 5 third down conversions. and most of all an innovative series of downs when we were 1st and goal.
