Schillo Tshuma and Patrick Mullins each netted goals for Maryland (12-0-1, 5-0-0 ACC). This game was never in doubt although the Terps were held scoreless in the 1st half. The Terps outshot Colgate 17-2 and the game was even more dominant then that. It was virtually an offensive practice for the #1 Terps. Friday night #2 North Carolina comes to Ludwig at 6PM on ESPNU.
The pain only lasted a few days. Turgeon &Co have just landed one of the premier PGs in the nation. Roddy Peters who WANTS and has always wanted to be a Terp will arrive in the fall of 2013. Stefon Diggs earned weekly honors from the ACC for the third straight game, while Darin Drakeford was named Linebacker of the Week, the league announced Monday.

No we have not achieved the 6 win season and bowl eligibility yet. But this much I know, these guys are playing their hearts out for Randy and the university. Stefon has been incredible, Perry is getting better with each game, Vellano and AJ Francis are becoming forces on defense, and the only ingredient missing is our rushing game. Listening to the pundits last night –all I heard was how bad the Ravens D is and how much trouble we are in for next week. Then I watched Rodgers thoroughly take apart Houston. So here is the bottom line, he Ravens rush defense is pathetic—the dline and linebackers are getting pushed aroundby the likes of Kansas City, Cleveland, and now Dallas. But the Ravens are 5-1 and they are not operating on all cylinders.
