Orioles win 6-5 in a meaningless August game before an announced crowd of 10,000. Maryland’s Brett Cecil gave up 4 runs for the Bluejays. Kevin Gregg blew another save for Jeremy Guthrie.

The key guy who will not play is All American Safety Ray Ray Armstrong. He could have caused havoc for Danny O’Brien. QB Jacori Harris, def lineman Olivier Vernon, and TE Dyron Dye are among the rest who will miss the game. Jacori is very talented but prone to turnovers. I would rather he play.

I have never seen him play. I have yet to see youtube video yet I look at his numbers and know that his presence could turn this team. The guards are in place–Nick faust has been added–someone will hit the 3s–Alex at 7’1 or whatever will get bounds–Turgeon has proven to be an excellent floor coach–he has won with small teams but this is no longer a small team–now Padgett, and the remaining bigs will not have the huge pressure … Read More »
