It’s been discussed all week that freshmen Caleb Porzel and DJ ADams will probably play this weekend due to the Da’Rel Scott injury. Now terrapintimes.com reports that 2 freshmen offensive linemen,  Pete DeSouza and Nick Klemm imight have to burn the redshirts if any injuries occur to the line.

The Terrapins were leading 2-1 down the stretch but with a frantic attack, UVA scored with 1 second left to tie the score and send the game into an uneventful OT. Malory Baker and Lydia Hastings scored for the Terps. Next up for Maryland is Virginia Tech at Ludwig Field on Sunday.

The Men’s team will play the Hokies tonight at Ludwig Field.

Tough news for the Terps this week as Bruce Campbell is definitely going to miss the Wake game.  Last week the offense virtually collapsed after Bruce left the game.  Look for quick drops by Turner and screen passes.

Brenda will be on the show early tonight to preview the upcoming Basketball season. Former Terrapin placekicker Obi Egekeze will call in to discuss his role in Baltimore’s Saturday Marathon and his cause of Uplifting Athletes. Of course we will pay tribute to “Mr Maryland” Jack Heise who passed away this week. Listen in on the web at espn1300.com or just click Listen Live on this site. Tonight the show is from 6-7 PM.

What a pathetic mismatch this is–Of course when the Yanks win and I do believe nothing is stopping them it’s always because of Jeter, not the mercenaries.
