I was impressed by how aggressive the Wizards have become offensively.  They took it to Cleveland on Saturday.  The Wizards might be stuck in the #3 slot in the East.  Not sure if the Celtics or Cavs will finish first.  One or the other will be the Wizards opponent in the 2nd round.

 Senior Brionna Jones became the Maryland single-season scoring record holder but the third-seeded Terps fell to tenth-seeded Oregon, 77-63, in the Sweet Sixteen Saturday.

Jones finished with 16 points against the Ducks and 697 points this season, passing Vicky Bullet’s former record of 686 from 1989.

Senior Matt Rambo tallied five points and recorded his 200th career point to lead the No. 10 Maryland men’s lacrosse team to a resounding 15-7 victory over No. 14 North Carolina Saturday afternoon.

MY TAKE: Coaches like Steve Kerr and Gregg Popovich display total disrespect for the fans by resting some of their superstars on certain road games.
