 The 10th-ranked Maryland field hockey team won its third straight game Sunday with a 5-2 victory over New Hampshire at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex.

Senior co-captain Sarah Sprink, the 2014 Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year, led the way for the Terrapins (5-3) with two goals and an assist.

Despite the 3 picks, I was impressed with Caleb Rowe today. 4 TD passes –almost 300 yards and the ball was in the deep freeze in the 4th quarter. There is no doubt that Caleb on a good day (no pics and minimal penalties) can allow us to beat anyone on the schedule. I might not have said that until I watched a pathetic performance by Ohio State barely getting by a MAC squad, Northern Illinois.
