Field Hockey squad lost its 1st game of the year to #15 ODO—3-2. This was after a miraculous comeback Friday night defeating Cuse 2-1 after getting the tying goal with 49 seconds left in regulation.

Unfortunately this morning I had a sick feeling in my stomach about this game. Something is just missing from this team. You just can’t start playing in the NFL in the 4th quarter when you are trailing and expect to win.

What a horrible day for Maryland!! Not so much because the Terps lost an ACC road game in what was their last visit perhaps ever to Wake Forest, but because their 2 playmakers suffered season ending injuries.
