While every Redskin, Steelers, Patriots, fan in the world are reveling in the Ravens loss of even more starters–every Steeler fan I talked to does not want to see James Harrison in purple next year.  more talks are scheduled for Saturday. Captain Bligh officially gave Pollard his exit papers on Friday while resigning Chris Johnson (cornerback for those who don’t know). We have seen the last Mutiny on this ship.

According to many sources, Terps will be invited to the NIT, should their quest for an ACC Title fall short. Enough said. Because of the NCAA 1st and 2nd round Women’s games at College Park, my guess is that it is doubtful there will be a home game.

I know it seems impossible but this team hasn’t had a true run all year. They have to be loose, I think. Expectations for them are fairly low. The game is in “Neutral Greensboro” What worries me is that the Terps play poorly in empty arenas, which surely will be evident on Thursday. Miami game—empty arena. BC —empty arena and I mean empty. FSU —empty arena. These were not 3 of the best efforts for the Terps this year. Listen, … Read More »

The Mutineers are gone, order is restored. Whatever happened back after the Houston game must have been serious heavy duty stuff. Bernard Pollard is gone. On the surface it doesn’t make sense. toss in the mutiny theory and…………. Does this mean other mutineers will soon follow—Reed? McKinnie? Time will tell. Tight end Matt Furstenburg had a chance to show off for NFL scouts at last month’s NFL Combine, but 13 … Read More »

Then a man will never disobey once he’s watched his mate’s backbone laid bare. He’ll see the flesh jump, hear the whistle of the whip for the rest of his life.

Captain Bligh:

They respect but one law – the law of fear…I expect you to carry out whatever orders I give, … Read More »

Trailing 3-2 in the seventh inning, Greg Olenski doubled to center field to spark a seven-run bottom of the inning to help Maryland (11-5, 1-2) defeat Marist, 9-3, Tuesday at Bob “Turtle” Smith to extend its home unbeaten streak to nine.

After Maryland starting pitcher Jake Drossner went one inning, the Terps received a stout performance from the bullpen as six different pitchers held Marist (4-7) to one run over the final eight innings. Jaime Pashuck entered in the second and pitched … Read More »
