For those of you that have my twitter I will be logging throughout the game unless I get too caught up in the game which probably will happen.
I have changed the following piece 4 or 5 times today. Let me just freeflow some of my thoughts and feelings. I really can’t understand why Maryland is so disliked by the Lacrosse world. You would have to be here to feel it. Loyola is viewed as the Cinderella team, an unusual situation for clearly the #1 team with its 17-1 record.

So much for the 4 hour drive to Stony Brook from Foxboro. In a game that was far from a classic, Northwestern persevered by effectively stalling out the final 10 minutes of the contest. Maryland placed five players on the 2012 USILA Men’s Lacrosse All-America teams, which were announced Thursday. Leading the way was junior long poleJesse Bernhardt, who was a second team selection.
Senior attackman Joe Cummings, junior midfielder John Haus, sophomore goalie Niko Amato and freshman defender Goran Murray were honorable mention selections.

I never thought this rematch would be for the Semi Final but the Wildcats dropped 2 decisions to Florida. The road to the promised land is one filled with land mines for either of these 2 teams. Whenever Maryland meets up with the Wildcats, it is battle to the end. Do the Terps have enough depth and firepower to win it all? My answer is a resounding yes. The game is on ESPN3 Friday night at 8PM.
What in the world does Larry Byrd mean when he says his team played soft in Game 5. Udonis Haslem retaliated on Psycho T (Tyler Hansborough) after Tyler had a flagrant 1 on Wade. In the end all the whooping nd posturing by the Pacers went down in smoke as the Heat, minus Chris Bosh, sent Indiana off to the golf course.
