Danny O”Brien must be sleeping better tonight. The return of Locksley will signal a return to a pro style offense, one that will fit the needs of our Junior QB1. Much more tomorrow on Koons Ford Terp Talk at 6PM. This is just the beginning of the news for Maryland Football!!!
It’s painfully obvious that Terrell is being effected buy the ankle injury. He has 8 points but most are from the line. The Terps trail at halftime 34-27 after being down by 11.
The points have to come from somewhere else tonight or the Terps will not win
Sean must be more aggressive shooting and scoring for the Terps to win.
Some telling 1st half stats– Terps 9-25 and 0-2 from the field

The biggest mistake made by Crowton was not adapting the offense to DOB’s expertise as a drop back pro style QB.
Many new commits and transfers will be announced in the coming days that will tremendously excite Terrapin nation.
This was a crucial first step!!!
Turf toe—those 2 words are only surpassed in distress by “high ankle sprain”. I listened to The Rob Long Show with #21 last night and I am not convinced he is playing.
Dale Hunter has his work cut out. Bruce got out of Dodge just in time. Fortunately there is a lot of the season left.
The outlook for this team will dramatically improve with his return. with the pressure of bringing the ball up court off Nick, Faust will become a much stronger offensive player. Most importantly the added depth will get everyone’s minutes more in line with Turgeon’s upbeat tempo. PeShon’s return will precede the beginning of Alex Len’s career at Maryland by just 1 game.

By Adam Zagoria on August 29, 2011, 7:23PM
Maryland announced Monday that Olexiy “Alex” Len has enrolled at the university and will be a member of the Terrapins’ squad for 2011-12.
One coach who requested anonymity called the 7-foot-1, 225-pound center from Antratsit, Ukraine a “lottery pick.”
“Best recruit in America,” the coach said. “Maryland got a lottery pick.”
