This season seems like it has been forever with all the ups and downs.
After watching the replay, Eric Hayes was miraculous. He handled the Duke pressure, kept the offense running, found a way to score, defended well and simply kept the Terps in the game for the 11 2nd half minutes without Greivis.
Gerald Henderson is a flat out stud as well as being rough and tough as nails. Without him Duke is a 500 ACC team at best.
Enough of the ridicule, enough of the criticism. There is no atmosphere equal to what occurred at Comcast last Saturday night. That is why I keep coming back. The Terps play 16 ACC games a year. Even during the past few seasons, you can NEVER count out a Gary Williams team especially at home. Before Wednesday’s night’s game begins remember Duke humiliated the Terps at Cameron a month ago. Think it will happen again? We shall see. Let’s hope Duke … Read More »
This game bothers the heck out of me. So the #3 Tar Heels who gave up 91 points to this same Terrapin Team can’t lose. Believe Gary will find a way to keep the Terps in it. I believe the Terrapins are sick and tired of hearing how they have no chance. Sorry for my ranting, but I am reminded of Denny Green-these are the Tar Heels that can have a bad day. Do you think Ellington can have 2 … Read More »
The Virginia Tech Hokies enter the game today 6-3 in the ACC coming off 2 consecutive wins. The Terrapins are 4-5 after its 1st road win of the year. Virginia Tech has a recent history of handling the Terps including a win last year at Comcast and a subsequent semi disgraceful display of emotion by Coach Seth Greenberg. So then why are Terps favorite to win today. Because everyone knows that with each game the season is on the … Read More »

Listen in on the web at www.espn 1300.com or just click the listen live button on the website. I will also report on another possible Terrapin, Terrence Ross from Montrose. Dino is … Read More »
The old Greivis Vasquez returned to the court last night in Atlanta, leading the Teps to a 57-56 victory over the now 1-8 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Greivis scored 19 points with 3 assists and 3 steals. he led the team in a unifying unselfish way as said he would Saturday when I had a chance to speak with him greivis-on-his-role5 Some of my observations of the victory.
Can someone besides me give Dino Gregory a little credit. He … Read More »
Eric Hayes continues to turn up his game , scoring 18, with 4 three pointers, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 steals in a brilliant 37 minute performance. His running mate Greivis struggled with a 2-14 shooting night, yet still contributed 10 assists and 7 rebounds. Braxton Dupree continues to impress with 10 points and 5 rebounds in a 18 minute performance. All in all a big win for the Terps–next up the Duke killer–VCU at the Verizon Center … Read More »
