I never would have voted for him. His departure began the downfall period of the O’s. He chose to go to the Yankees and, he wanted to be a Yankee, so let New York have him. We will find out how much he loved Baltimore if he ever gets into the HOF. His closing comments last night were: “I hope we can get the game in because I don’t like rain.” 

   The only thing better then destroying the Yankees is having Mussina being treated like a batting practice pitcher.  Adam Jones and Kevin Millar took care of business last night, helping to provide Guthrie then more runs (13) then he had received in all 8 of his losses. Millar’s 3 run homer and Adam Jones’ grand slam highlighted the night.
