uncey Billups As predicted right here, the USA received revenge last night as they walloped Greece. Here’s my concern about this team that I voiced on air tonight. Was Jason KIdd the right choice, this game requires a shooting pt guard and Jason just cant fill the hole anymore. Pull up shooters like Agent Zero, Chauncey Billups or Derek Fischer would have been much better choices. Look for the opposition to totally disregard the point guard’s shooting on the USA. Spain is next on Saturday morning at 10:15 AM.
The O’s gained a split in the series with Cleveland coasting to a 11-6 victory Thursday night.The Ravens conyinue to be injury plagued with Derrick Mason going down with a knee injury on Thursday. How in the world can you evaluate Troy Smith, with so many holes in the starting lineup. Heap, McGahee, Terry, gaither and Mason are all doubtful to see action action Saturday night. Let’s not forget the return of the Henderson brothers, EJ and Erin with the Vikings on Saturday.
I hope you listened to the Terp Talk on Thursday as Byron Mouton and Derrick Lewis were in the studio with me. My impressions were that these were 2 great guys that the University system produced. Next Thursday, we welcome Danny Matta, owner of Great Seats and a huge Terrapin fan, as guest co-host.
