All the major sites are reporting that Hippolyte Tsafack has verbally committed to Memphis, thus ending Maryland’s on and off recritment of him. Most likely and this is just speculation the near Terrapin committment of Ashton Pankey, a very similar player to Hippo, might have tipped the scales to the Tigers. More later on tonight.

It’s hard to assess the team’s performance in such a one sided game. DiandA Tchatchouang and Tianna Hawkins have led the way in the 2 games for the Terps, but I am glad the regular season starts Saturday night. I am beginning to believe that Brenda might have a better team then most fans expect.

I won’t go into who won the Main Event but it is obvious the best players don’t always win. Chip leader Darvin Moon made some of the most ridiculous all in bets I have ever seen. It is only with tremendous luck that he survived to the final 3. Joe Cada, bidding to replace Peter Eastgate as the youngest Main Event winner, went all in first with 33 and flopped a 3 aginst 99 (he was short stacked). But then … Read More »
Well it was my 3rd concert in a month and the best was saved for last. Jackson performed a solo accoustic set playing 26 songs strictly by himself and his 16 guitars. His voice was sharp as could be and it was clear Baltimore loved him!!! That’s U2, the Boss and Jackson this month. That’s enough music for a while.
It looks like the Ravens might be getting ready to get off the Steve Hauschka ship. Steve is 8-11 in field goals this year buthis 2 crucial misses might close the welcome Mat.Harbaugh responded to a question about Steve by saying that Hauschka will make some team in the NFL. Weird comment!!!
