The Field Hockey Team crushed its 2 opponents this wekend Penn State 8-1 and Towson 10-, moving to 8-0. The Ladies Soccer Team move to 7=0 with a hard fought 1-0 win over James Madison.
Is the theory give the QB time and he will find somone open? In a stellar performance , #5 was 26-43 –3TDS, 307 yards, 2 clutch drives and generally had his way. The closeness of the game belies the domination from the Ravens. Two fluke tds kept a game KC team aroung. IAre the Ravens Super Bowl Contenders—way too early to tell dspite all the hoopla. I had a chance to tour all the renovations at College Park and left feeling everything was done magnificently. The Sky Box Suites have tremendous site lines almost sitting on top of the field. The inside seats have clear vision through the glass and yet sitting outside is super as the seats are covered to protect from the elements. The media room is as good as any I have seen and that includes the Ravens. Job well done!!
Maybe, just maybe we finally have a pitcher. Brian Matusz went 7 strong innings giving up 4 hits and just 1 run , as Brian Roberts Grand Slam catapulted the Birds to a 7-3 victory.
