Spinelli served as associate head coach under Turgeon at Wichita State in 2006-07. Prior to that, he was an assistant at Nebraska for three seasons, when he helped land two nationally-ranked recruiting classes. He was the Cornhuskers’ associate head coach in 2005-06.
