www.insideMdSports.com is reporting that 6’8 PF Hipplyte Tsafack has scheduled his official vist to Maryland on Oct 30 and might commit shortly thereafter. “I was supposed to commit to Maryland a long time ago, said Hippolyte. “I think I’m ready to go to Maryland to play.” Time will tell.
Last year, Baltimore’s Sean Mosley certainly proved he could play on the ACC level. His defense was excellent. His court sense was unmatched by anyone on the team. Big , big weekend for the Terrapins. It’s Homecoming UVA is in town on Saturday but finally the hoops season is about to begin. Heralded 2010 recruit MyChal Parker—6’6 190 Sf from the Miller School in Virginia—will be taking his official visit this weekend. Parker verbally committed in mdi August.
This year’s backcourt will need to play at consistently high level considering the teams lack of experience and depth in the low post. 6-6 senior Greivis Vasquez will run the point for the Red and White.
