Running back Joe Riddle put up a dominant performance in his hometown as the Maryland football team held a scrimmage at Middletown High School in Middletown, Md., Saturday. Riddle, who played at rival Linganore High School in Frederick, Md., did not see action last season at Maryland as a freshman, but is beginning to make a name for himself in the spring.

The University of Maryland football team announced its 2012 season awards during the annual awards banquet on Sunday.
