Gilbert played well tonight until crunch time. Two missed free throws by Stevenson followed by 2 missed driving shots by Gil led to a defeat at the hands of DWade and the Heat.
Some observations of the crucial win for Ravens today:
Jared gaither’s return certainly makes the Ravens’ Offensive line one of the strongest in the NFL. With the ex-Terrapin in the lineup the Ravens are 4-0. Coincidence? Nahhhhh.
What a great leaping acrobatic, catch by Mark Clayton. That’s enough on that topic.
Brandon Marshall, Not impressed!!!!
What a day for Hauschka. 3-3 for field goals and tremendous kickoffs.
Somebody explain to me what the Broncos were doing at the end of … Read More »
The Ravens have always seemed to me to be a great team when hungry and not overly banged up. If you see #71 take the field on offense tomorrow, the Ravens will control and win handily. If not they will still win. Yes Jared Gaither is that important to this team. thepass rush and secondary will have a much better day tomorrow then the past few weeks.
Though saying he feels great, ex Terrapin Jared Gaither is listed as “Questionable ” for Sunday’s Judgement day game vs Denver.
It is very clear that because of the 3 game slide, the Ravens have put themselves in a must win position against undefeated Denver on Sunday. Let’s see why.
Divide the schedule into 2 5game breakouts. First—you have the difficult part—Cinci, Pitts, Green Bay on the road and Pitt, and Indy at home The less difficult grouping is Denver, Detroit and Chicago at home with Cleveland and Oakland on the road. Without ex Terrapin Jared Gaither, the Ravens are 0-3. With him in the lineup they are 3-0. Coach Harbaugh, put Jared back at LT.
Many guys on this team have a lot to prove this year. First and foremost is the former Agent Zero, Gilbert Arenas. Let’s see if he can put this team on his back while Antawn is recuperating. I do believe that Mike Miller will be a tremendous help as well as the return of Brendan Heywood gives this team big man depth it has never had. Here we go……………………………….
There is nothing like ruining a Sunday watching the Vikings who could do no wrong against the Ravens, absolutely throw away the game against the Steelers. Favre was pathetic down the wire, unable to convert the big play and not having presence of the pass rush. The Ravens can not rely on anyone to do its dirty work. It’s beginning to seem like we will have to sweep Pittsburgh and the game at Cinci to win the division.

Bring Back Stover Before a Disaster Strikes—NOW
I will never understand why Matt Stover wasn’t resigned. Then again I never understood why Trent Dilfer wasn’t brought back. get rid of guys when they have failed not when they are on a hot streak. We will … Read More »
Some observations of a devastating 33-31 defeat at the hands of Brett Favre and the now 6-0 Minnesota Vikings.
Three games without LT Jared Gaither–3 losses.
I am not the only person who thought Stover should have been brought back to share kicking duties with Hauschka. Here’s hoping Hauschka can deal with this miss.
Ray Rice, Flacco and yes even Mark Clayton helped stage a legendary Ravens comeback to no avail.
Frank Walker will rarely be beat for a TD … Read More »
