For the first time this year I rushed home from work had dinner and settled in to watch phenom Brian Matusz pitch. Overall it was a solid not great effort. He seems to have several speeds of change up and had Adam Jones not broke in on a deep fly to center, Matusz would have had 5 shutout innings.

The irony of ironies. Should Maryland defeat Chaminade in the first round and Cincy defeat Vanderbilt, on Tuesday night Nov 24 at 7PM  the Terrapins will take on Lance Stephenson and the Bearcats. Perhaps Sean Mosley and Landon will alternate guarding Born Ready. Enough said!!!!

Chris McCray played for Italy’s Lega2 (2nd division) Basket Rimini Crabs, which finished in a 5-way tie for 6th place in the regular season, but lost in the quarterfinals of the league tournament (they lost to Jamar Smith’s team). He scored 13.5 points, 4.6 rebounds per game (32 games).
