Junior Colin Heacock scored four second half goals and junior Matt Rambo added a hat trick of his own to power the No. 11 Maryland men’s lacrosse team to a 12-8 victory over Drexel Tuesday night.

5. Towson — A two-win week is nothing to shrug at. The Tigers won at Loyola on Wednesday and took care of UMBC on Saturday by jumping out to a 9-0-halftime lead. Towson is athletic at the midfield, rangy and cohesive on defense and has confident finishers on attack. 1st Game is Friday night at 9 most likely against Wisconsin

Junior Shatori Walker-Kimbrough scored 19 points and No. 5 Maryland beat No. 19 Michigan State, 60-44, on Sunday night to win the Terps’ second-straight Big Ten Tournament Championship.
Walker-Kimbrough added 10 rebounds. Junior Brionna Jones notched 10 points, 14 boards and six steals while senior Brene Moseley scored 10 points and dished six assists.
Walker-Kimbrough and Jones were named to the all-tournament team and Walker-Kimbrough was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player.
