Ravens 30 Steelers 17—-1 Hour of Discussion on Victory!!!!!!
Random thoughts on the Terps
Another nice win for the Terps. The 17-2 run in the first half was incredible and then Minnesota goes on a 13-2 run. They went from on fire to ice cold in a blink of an eye.
Damonte, call me “Mister Dodd”, continues to get better. The kid has skills. Don’t forget, Dodd was a mere 6-5 in high school and “overnight” grew 5 to 6 inches so he’s still getting use to being big. He’s … Read More »
Even though the students are still on Christmas break there were over 16,000 in attendance at the Infinity Center to cheer their Terps on to their 14th victory of the year. Minnesota coming in at 11 and 3, though unranked, still figured to be a stern test for our young Terps and proved to be just that. All five starters for the Gophers average double figures and they were shooting 42% from three point range, having made 111 for the … Read More »
What I love about this game is that Haloti has been off for 5 weeks. He has to be fresher then anyone on the playing field. He appreciates how his teammates have had his back especially #55.
3 things I worry about—James Harrison must not run wild as in game 2 in Pittsburgh.
Missing starting offensive tackles

What I’m not worried about
Minnesota is coached by the son of Rick Pitino (Louisville)–Richard Pitino.
All five starters average double figures.
Minnesota’s record is 9-3 with all 3 losses on the road
Strengths—Depth and forcing turnovers
Weaknesses– Rebounding, Foul shooting
Best Matchup Melo vs 6’1 Freshman point guard Nate Mason
Key points for Terps
Continued strong rebounding
21 turnovers is not going to cut it against most teams
Dez must stay under control–played great down the wire–but 7 turnovers can’t happen again

The power of football now rests in the Big 10 especially in the Big Ten East.
MSU 42 Baylor 41
Wisconsin 34 Auburn 31
Urban Meyer credited Wisconsin’s defeat of Auburn with tremendously increasing the psyche of OSU in its mental preparation for the game last night. I continued to say on my shows that the SEC was only defeating itself barely playing outside the conference in the Big 5. Incredible coaching jon by Urban Meyer. OSU and Oregon should … Read More »
I really enjoyed watching Jimbo Fisher suffering through this game. I kept remembering him pouring it on the Terps 63-0 not removing Winston until 3 minutes were left. Sorry that Oregon called off the dogs.
