Bases loaded, 2 out , bottom of the 2nd, and Nick Markakis nailed the first pitch from perhaps the best hurler in the AL for a rocket double clearing the bases and giving Tillman a 3 -0 lead. Senior midfielder John Stertzer has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week for his role in Maryland’s 3-0 shutout of No. 7 Louisville, the league office announced Tuesday.
