Ba Ba Ba Billups was incredible last night playing 42 minutes with 0 turnovers, that’s right 0. The Lakers are stinking out the joint, for the time being. But, the Nuggets might be able to win at home without a great performance from Melo, but not on the road. Early in the first half, Carmelo was being shut down and the Nuggets were getting blown away by theLakers, when Linas Kleiza was inserted into the lineup. He nailed 3 threes and brought Denver back into the game. Carmelo Anthony again was superb scoring 34 and adding a tremendous physical presence to the Denver lineup. Next game Saturday Night at 8:30 from Denver.
The Score is 101-99 Lakers, Denver ball and who does George Karl allow to throw the ball in 6’2 Anthony Carter. Phil Jackson puts Lamar Odum on him and sure enough Carter throws the ball away and that was that. Melo was incredible 39 points with 14-20 from the field. Of course Kobe got every call and scored 40. Carmelo actually is too big for Kobe to guard. What a series this will be.

uncey Billups As predicted right here, the USA received revenge last night as they walloped Greece. Here’s my concern about this team that I voiced on air tonight. Was Jason KIdd the right choice, this game requires a shooting pt guard and Jason just cant fill the hole anymore. Pull up shooters like Agent Zero, Chauncey Billups or Derek Fischer would have been much better choices.
