Chris Turner, Torrey Smith and Freshman placekicker Nick Ferrara starred in the final scrimmage for the Terps Thursday night. In a break from Terrapin tradition, Jeff Barker of the Sun reports that Ralph is considering naming permanent player team captains. His speculation is that Phil Costa and Chris Turner would be included in the mix.
