Daron Park, who will always be remembered for taking over the Lady Terps head coaching chores on the road while Brenda was pregnant, is leaving Maryland to take over the Associate Head Coaching job at La Tech, according to terrapintimes.com. With Gary Williams in attendance in Chicago, an early review on Greivis Vasquez was disappointing. NBAdraft.net reported that Greivis looked a bit out of place with all the speedy point guards present. Greivis, come back to Maryland –take the Terps back to the top 15-20 and next year your place in the 1st round will be no issue.

Montrose Christian Coach and US Guardian for Greivis Vasquez , Stu Vetter informed Terrapin times.com that Greivis is ” nowhere near signing with an agent”. Two of Vasquez’ workouts, with Cleveland and the Wizards went well but he has not climbed to the top tier status that will have him sign with an agent. He has until June 15 to make up his mind.
