       Next year, the power forward the Terrapins have coveted will be at College Park. James Padgett committed to the Terps last Friday. After watching video of James playing for Juice All Stars this past summer, it is clear he will any void in the power game for the Terps.  He is also a true Senior in high school turning 18 in April 09.
