Very few NFL games are never in doubt. This was one of them. My observations:
The 2 Maryland guys had stellar performances today. Foxworth intercepted Brady Quinn early and set the Ravens’ first TD. Jared Gaither had 2 key blocks that opened the way for Willis McGahee’s 2 TDs.
#5 continues to be real steady. Judgement day for Joe and the offense occurs next Sunday at Foxboro.

It was like Terrapin Home Day at M&T Bank Stadium last night as Kevin Barnes, Scott Burley, Stephon Heyer, Edwin Williams, Jared Gaither, and Dominique Foxworth all saw action in the game.

Finally a relief from the O’s. The Birds are 7-19 since the All Star Game , going deeper into the abyss of the AL East.Fortunately the Purple Birds open up tonight. Mason is doubtul and Clayton is out. I am excited to see Ray Rice and Willis, however.

Ex-Terp Jared Gaither returned to the Baltimore Ravens practice field yesterday. Jared is penciled in as starting lft tackle, a position made famous by future Hall of Famer, Jonathan Ogden. Ex Terrapin, Jared Gaither seems destined to attempt to fill the shoes of legendary retired Ravens tackle Jonathan Ogden. Is he ready for the position that protects the blindside of the QB or is Adam Terry more qualified.
