Before everyone panics, you are never as bad as you look when you are losing. I do believe that was the case tonight. Remember Maryland is not going to win every game on the road. Dodd was due to have an off game as he had been playing out of his mind recently. The entire team had an off night yet the Terps only lost by 7. The Terps are 14-2 and will be fine.

In a game that they led from start to finish the Terps jumped out to a quick 4 to 0 lead at the opening tip off, upped that to 37 to 19 at the half, started the second half like the first and led by 42 to 19 one minute in, saw Oakland cut it to seven 63 to 56 with 4 minutes left and then went on a 9 to 0 run to win by 72 to 56.The Terps … Read More »

Terps are now 8-0 with UVA on the way to College Park for Wednesday night matchup.
Please don’t wake me because I must be dreaming. First the Terps go to the Big House and take down Michigan. And now back to back wins over ASU and #13 Iowa State. Really? Maybe the tide has finally turned for the Terps.

Former Maryland men’s basketball head coach Gary Williams was enshrined in the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2014 on Sunday.
Williams, who was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in August, is the first coach to be inducted in both hall of fames in the same year.
