Coach Friedgen reiterated what we all know the fate of the Terps lies in the hands of QB1, Chris Turner. Expressing much more confidence in the Cali lad, Coach believes that Chris ready and has come to camp to lead the team. Againthe 2 main concerns are the off line and def line. A couple a days ago there was a New York Post report by Lenn Robbins as well as Jeff Barker’s mention on the Baltimore Sun blog “Tracking the Terps” that the Big East might be interested in getting Boston College and Maryland. Junior Da’Rel Scott was named a candidate for the Doak Walker Award, which honors the top running back in the nation, for the second consecutive year. Last night Ralph addressed the media at the 2009 ACC Football Kickoff. Here are some quotes from Ralph: “This team seems very hungry right now,” Friedgen said. “I’ve had very few problems, very little effort issues. I’m pretty proud of this team.
