Senior wide receiver Marcus Leak hauled in three touchdown receptions in the first half to lead the Red team to a 21-16 win over the White squad in the 2015 Red-White Spring Game on Saturday afternoon at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium.

Leak opened up the scoring with a 26-yard catch-and-run from junior quarterback Perry Hills. Hills completed 12-of-24 passes for 212 yards with three touchdowns and one interception.

University of Maryland place-kicker Brad Craddock has been selected as a finalist for the 23rd Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Award, the Palm Beach County Sports Commission announced Tuesday.

Craddock, Maryland’s first-ever Groza finalist, is one of three student-athletes vying for the honor. The junior is joined by Florida State’s Roberto Aguayo, who won the award in 2013, and West Virginia’s Josh Lambert.
