This is no knock at the Ravens other receivers, but in my opinion they will go nowhere without Derrick. Everyone is jumping on theis a sure handed receiver something edd Drew Bennett bandwagon but he is not the Answer. DERRICK MASON Must Be SIGNED!
They are coming in one at a time —Every almost finished receiver in the NFL. We have the right guy and Coach John Harbaugh needs to bring Derrick Mason into the Raven family

From where I sat last year, it was inconceivable for a player to have a better year then Terrell Suggs. For his efforts, own owner with DEEP POCKETS rewarded him with a 6 year 63 million dollar contract. That number is staggering. 33 million is guaranteed. enough said!!! The Ravens were caught off guard Monday night as Derrick Mason presumably retired atfter a 12 year NFL career. For the time being optimism has flown out the window. At this point the completion of the deal to resign Terrell Suggs needs to be finished. The Ravens must avoid the disruption to the teams chemistry that will surely be effected if Suggs waits over the entire season.
In the 13 year history of the Ravens, last year was to me the most enjoyable. Why? This team made an incredible run that was halted by a brain dead play by a now released special teams player.
