Terence has signed to play for four years with Spain’s Regal FC Barcelona, where he will be teammates with Ricky Rubio.
Excerpt from the press release:
Terence Morris is Regal Barça’s second signing for the 2009/10 season. The American power forward is especially motivated because he thinks the way Barça play will suit his game.
The former CSKA Moscow player signed for the next four seasons this afternoon … Read More »
I almost choked on my egg roll last night. I was watching an ESPN NFL preview show and actually heard Chris Mortensen, reknown NFL expert actually buck the Steeler bandwagon and select the Ravens to go to the promise land.
The Baltimore Sun is reporting that if the Washington Mystics reach the WNBA playoffs, then their first round home games would be played at the Comcast Center instead of their normal home, the Verizon Center.
The Mystics include former Maryland stars Crystal Langhorne and Marissa Coleman. Langhorne is a starter that is the team’s leading rebounder and Coleman is three-point shooter off the bench.
Maybe Mystics fans should be bummed that any first round games would not be in Washington, … Read More »
Everyone has seen the famous David Tyree Super Bowl catch in 2008. Truly one of the greatest catches of all time: catching the ball above your head against his helmet with Rodney Harrison trying to knock it out. The Giants released Tyree after this year’s preseason, and the Ravens have worked him out in their camp. Plus, Tyree has passed a … Read More »
I was talking with Gary Attman, a big time Maryland supporter and booster, last night when he brought up a great point to me. Ozzie took a lot of heat for passing on the likes of DHB, Crabtree, Hakeem Nicks, etc. Though the Ravens need a deep threat, Ozzie let all of these speedsters go and concentrated on the Offensive line. Exhibition season means very little but the quality of protection for #5 allowed him to destroy every defense he … Read More »
Whether you lose by 39 or 3 at the end of the day you are 0-1. No need to panic, especially becaue the ACC has proven itself to be so weak.
Da”Rel Scott amassed 90 yards including a 39 yard romp for a TD.
Overall I though QB1 (Turner) had a decent game.He was 17-30 with no ints.
What was so frustrating was all the early penalties. The formation call which reversed a touchdown by the Ravens, was the back … Read More »
Sasho Cirovski was barely upset Friday after the 2-0 loss to UCLA> The Terps clearly outplayed the Bruins but just could not find the net. 48 hours later all is well ast Ludwig Field as the Terps needed to go into overtime to defeat Cal 2-1.Herick tallied both goals in a game played ina driving rainstorm. Again the Terps dominated the shots on goal.
When you watch Katie play you realize that she is far and away the best player in the US and keys every Terrapin rally. Without stellar play by the Michigan goalie the Terps could have tallied 10 goals. The Terps are now 5-0.
Chris Turner is 12-21 for 113 yards, while under tremendous pressure. The fears of the offensive line have certainly reared its head.
It sems like Nick Ferrara will be our placekicker for 4 years
Penalties are killing the Terps
Cal seems to be moving the ball at will.
Why is Turner not in a CFL type shotgun–8 or 9 yards bhind the center
The offense must get going or this could be a longgggggggggggggggggggggg night.
