In a knockdown drag em out battle this afternoon, Johns Hopkins outlasted Maryland in a crucial game for both teams. A last second incredible play by Ryan Young and Grant Catalino was nullified by an unbelievable save by Hopkins Goalie Mike Gvozden. I always tell my co-host Dino, that Exhibition games are a total waste of time to watch. Hopefully the Orioles will continue to prove my hypothesis. Can you believe another strong pitching performance by an O’s starter. Melvin Mora in essence put the game into safety with a Grand Slam in the first. The O’s are 4-1 and go for the sweep tomorrow.
