Huff played multiple secondary positions at oakland but he was basically signed to replace Ed Reed.

This is the ACC opener for the Wahoos (and on the flip side, the final ACC game of the year for the Terps), who are sitting at 5-4 overall on the season after a 15-8 loss to Johns Hopkins at the Face-Off Classic in Baltimore this past Saturday.
Virginia started the season out on a tear with four straight wins and was averaging 15.5 goals per game in those four contests. Since the calendar flipped to March the Cavaliers have … Read More »
With 12 picks in the upcoming draft, there is no doubt whatsoever that the Ravens will add at least one more tight end to their roster. In fact, John Harbaugh is on record as saying that you can’t have enough tight ends. The position – as it currently stands – is solid, with Dennis Pitta and Ed Dickson. At this time, the team is looking at extending both of their contracts.

I was greatly excited about the quarterfinal win for the Terps last night at Alabama. Why? Because of the way Coach Turgeon has these kids playing. There is no question that they are in it to win it.
May all of the critics of Alex Len please take the night off. Alex finished with 15 points, 13 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Those are NBA type numbers.

Coming into tonight’s game the USA was 1-23 at Azteca Stadium. Former Terrapins Omar Gonzalez and Graham Susi made play after play to keep the game scoreless. USA Coach Jurgen Klinsmann said Omar was “Outstanding” Great night for Sasho and Maryland’s soccer program.
Katie Schwarzmann recorded a game-high five goals to lead the No. 1 Maryland women’s lacrosse team to an 11-8 victory at Towson Tuesday.
Schwarzmann became only the fourth player in the storied program’s history to record 200 goals with her second tally of the night. Maryland (12-0, 3-0 ACC) also picked up scoring from Kelly McPartland, who notched a hat trick, and one goal each from Brooke Griffin, Halle Majorana and Jen Mendez.
Ngata, Jones, McPhee, McBean, Canty, Spears, Tyson, Cody, McAdoo…..and then there’s Suggs and Doom off of the edges!!!
That’s how it’s shaping up – so far! That’s before free agency ends, that’s before the NFL draft, and that’s before players are released to make room for the rookies that make the roster!
It looks like Ozzie has faith in the offense to put up a lot of points, and is banking on the Ravens defense playing with the lead. Bill Polian did the same … Read More »
“Obviously that’s a great win for us. We know Alabama’s a good team. I think they’ve won 12 or 13 at home. They were undefeated in the SEC [at home] and I thought the crowd was fantastic. I thought it was a high-level basketball game – intense – two teams really defending and playing hard. The team struggled a little bit offensively. We turned it over, they missed some shots that they might normally make, but in the end it … Read More »
