3 Hours and 20 minutes of excruciating ESPN3 Play By Play later the outlook is much brighter for the Terrapins. Playing inspired ball for their teammate Pete DeSouza, who is suffering from 2 broken legs, the Terps made some big defensive plays to save the game.
After 2 years the Terps utilized most of all their offensive skill weapons at the receiving position. Boykins, Dorsey, Tyler, Torrey, Cannon —Danny O’Brien had 3 TD passes and many successful 3rd down plays. … Read More »

Terp Talk Thursday Night 10-21-10
Host–Bruce Posner Guest Keith Cavanaugh
Subjects–BC Preview, – Midnite Madness 2011 Recruit update, Terp News
This is one time I am glad I was wrong. The Rangers showed why the Yankees virtually forfeited 1st place and avoid Texas in the first round. The Bronx Bombers were simply no match for the Rangers. Most important Cliff Lee will be fully rested for game 1 of the World Series. Josh Hamilton ended all arguments–he is clearly the best hitter in baseball. It was certainly poetic justic that Arod took a called strike 3 to end the game. … Read More »
Just a few observations after watching the first 3 periods of the scrimmage:
Loyola’s new facility is absolutely magnificent. word leaked out about the game and there was adecent crowd present.
Curtis Holmes faced off for the Terps, replacing his brother Travis who graduated last year.
Jesse Bernhardt certainly has elevated his game.
Grant Catalino continues his commanding presence after another season playing for 6 Nations in Box Lacrosse.

I have to admit when I heard Nick was going to Villanova for Midnite Madness, I started to worry a little. take that back–a lot. But Nick decided to come to College park last Friday night with his potential running mate Sterling Gibbs. Last night on Terp Talk, keith reiterated that Faust will be a Terp. I will be glad when the process is over supposedly next Thursday October 28th.
I don’t know the final but who cares. this game was over 5 minutes into the game. oregon possesses the most prolific offense I have ever seen in College Ball. UCLA Coach Rick Neuheisel looked like the infamous deer in the headlights. he had absolutely no clue on how to stop the juggernaut. Oklahoma #1—that’s a joke. The Ducks are clearly the best in the land!!!
I vividly remember the final moments of the Ravens’ Super Bowl win in Tampa. The game was clearly over early in the 4th quarter. Many Ravens fans, myself included gathered in the lower endzone near the pirate ship. The Giants fans outnumbered the Ravens fans 3-1 or more but they had all left.As the final seconds ticked away, I never forget pointing up to the scoreboard and telling many of my friends–remember this day because we might not live to … Read More »
