I had the opportunity to attend one of the Terrapins practices a few days ago. The Coach is certainly the most intense, attentive mentor I have ever seen. The Terrapins fell in their first conference game of the season to N.C. State in Reynolds Coliseum, 73-45, Thursday evening. Dismal shooting and turnovers plagued Maryland throughout the game. The Terps were only able to shoot 8-for-25 in the first 20 minutes and 10-for-28 in the second half.
