I had the opportunity to attend one of the Terrapins practices a few days ago. The Coach is certainly the most intense, attentive mentor I have ever seen. He watches over every play , teaching every member of the team. This was part of the Fastbreakers night with the team. Afterwards we joined the coaches and the team for dinner. Maryland travels to Greensboro to play the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The Spartans play in the North Division of the Southern Conference which might explain their dismal 2008-09 season and their poor start this year.
