Eleven players saw action in the first half. Mosley–strong Jordan —strong but Pe”Shon and Stoglin came off the bench to provide solid hard nose paly and the Terps somehow got to a 10 point lead. The Capitals are alone at the top of the Eastern Conference, thanks to a 3-2 overtime win last night over the Philadelphia Flyers. Mike Green slapped in the game-winning goal behind Philly netminder Sergei Bobrovsky just 29 seconds seconds into overtime. The win completed an impressive three game home stand that included wins over the #2 (Philadelphia) and #5 (Boston) teams in the conference.

Some observations of the Ravens 6th victory
This game was not nearly as close as the score indicates. How in the world did the Dolphins win 4 on the road. Brandon Marshall was not impressive. After the first drive, Greg Mattison mad some adjustments and the rushing game vanished. The Dolphins did lots of complaining but not much playing. Remember this team had a victory over the Steelers stolen from them.

Regulation and two overtime periods were not enough to decide the ACC Women’s Soccer Championship, but Wake Forest took the title in a shootout over the No. 2 seed Maryland.The match, which ended 1-1 in double-overtime, is officially a tie and makes the Terps overall season record 17-2-2.
