Penalty on Darren Stone for the late hit on the punt probably cost the Ravens the game. The ball was on the 40 and the Ravens would only have needed 2 or 3 first downs to get in field goal position.

After watching the FSU game for the 2nd time, I must conclude that every marginal call went against the Terrapins. Let me note I am not complaining about he refs but I am just stating that 3 close calls went against the Terps:
