I ran into Maryland’s QB1 at halftime yesterday and immediately asked him if he wanted to meet Coach John Harbaugh. Danny shot back a fast yes and followed me over for the intro. The 2 guys hit it off right away. Harbaugh knew more about Danny then I thought he would. They spoke some playbook talk for a few minutes that was not understandable to the average human. The Terps finished the regular season 18-13 and 7-9 in the ACC. Not much else is needed to be said. 17,500 watched the hoos get on top early and never relinquish the lead. That’s UVA. Again I am speechless. I just never imagined the Terps below .500 in this years ACC.

Wow, ESPN 3 for whatever reason would not come into on my computer in Comcast, so I had to suffer through an in game blog from inside lacrosse to get the score, while being tortured watching the Terps lose to UVA. Maryland let two leads slip away, Canisius broke a 4-4 tie in the top of the eighth inning on a RBI single by Sean Jamieson and the Griffins beat the Terps 5-4 Friday night.
