How tough was it watching Stover nail that 44 yard FG to start the game. Our guy led to our own demise. I thought he couldn’t hit a 44 yarder. Hmmmmm could have used that dome FG in Sota.
8 minutes left down 20-3 aand we punt —WHY? Were the Ravens in a rush to end the season.

PE’SHON HOWARD. SO HIM PLAY AGAINST THE NUMBER 2 TEAM IN THE COUNTRY. LOOKED PROMSING. PLAYS THE POINT AT TIMES AND AT SHOOTING GUARD. HE’S 6-1/6’2” 190. STRONG BODY, VERY LONG WINGSPAN, ATHLETIC, HAS A GOOD FEEL FOR THE GAME . CAN SHOOT FROM THE OUTSIDE, GOOD PASSER, COURT SENSE, CAN PENETRATE AND DRAW THE D AND FIND THE … Read More »
Maybe it’s been 26 years since that dark night in March when the Irsay family and the Colts slithered out of Owings Mills. I will never forget the despair I felt that night. Maybe I took it too personal and I assure you a Ravens upset victory would never cure … Read More »
I have just heard the 50th prognosticator pick against the Ravens.
The running game is as good as it has ever been now that Jared Gaither has returned to the lineup and Marshall Yanda has blossomed. Our … Read More »
Observations of a memorable game:
I guess Belichick would like not to have deferred today. As I stated –get the lead –win the game.
Dominique Foxworth absolutely shut down Randy Moss. The whole secondary was great. BRING ON PEYTON!!!!
Preston’s rating of A for the offensive line was way too low. A+++ would be more like it.
#5 passed for 34 yards–I think we will need more then that to defeat Indy.
Don’t forget Peyton was not exactly stupendous against … Read More »
Four Reasons Why the Ravens Win Today:
1) It’s inconceivable that the Ravens will sefl destruct again.
2) The Raiders can’t stop the run—The Ravens ran for 175 at Pittsburgh last week.
(3) Charlie Frye starts at QB for Oakland. Give me a break!!!
(4) Jared Gaither returns to the lineup today whicjh allows Michael Oher to return to the right tackle position, last week’s position of weakness.
After the Ravens went up 27-3 could someone please explain why the Ravens continued to use Flacco? (1)
Mr Blind Side, Michael Oher semed to have been very effective today playing LT but how much is mitigated by the fact it was the Lions we were playing? (2)
The first 2 big runs Ray Rice had could have been longer had he cut back.
How could Billy Cundiff have been out of football for 2 years? (3)

I cannot believe that the Ravens were ready to play today. Could it be that Ed Reed’s absence DEFLATED THE TEAM. SOME POINTS I WANT TO GET OUT:
With a minute to go, it appeared as if the Ravens were running out the clock–not even going for the endzone–the plays that were called were idiotic —
Were you screaming NOOOOOOOOOOO as #5 through th pass against the grain and was intercepted?
Chris McAlister left his mark on this team–#21′ s … Read More »
It’s one thing to miss your best defensive player in TroyPolomalu, but the heart of the team is out when #7 decides to sit from concussion effects. Everything is on the line today as the Ravens would never be able to recover this year from a loss to the Steelers at home. My prediction—Ravens 27 Steelers 10.
Last year every Ravens fan marveled at the innovative plays and sets from the Ravens. Finaaly after all of the Billick years, the team was interesting to watch on offense. Using a 3 back offense, finding ways to get Troy Smith involved, etc. And the this year after the Charger game —poof–it all vanished into a Ray Rice dominated offense. Why? Cam Cameron has lost his genius moniker for the time being.
